Let us help you de-clutter! We are hosting a garage sale in the gym tomorrow. Donations can be dropped off today from 3:15 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the GYM. We will have students to help you unload! Simply pull up under the awning. The sale is tomorrow, Saturday the 26th, from 7 am - 12 noon. Would you consider helping us spread the word by sharing?
Spirit days are coming!
Students in Mrs. Delgado's 8th grade Earth Science class had to use their NOODLES to figure out the imPASTAble! They used marshmallows and spaghetti noodles to engineer towers. The students had a budget for supplies, and they had to work together as a team to build the tallest tower. The winning team had a tower that was 68cm tall!

The deadline to join HCS Beta Club is this FRIDAY the 18th at midnight.
Beta is a SERVICE organization that also competes locally, at the state level, and nationally throughout the year. You can be involved as little or as much as you'd like with BETA. Houma Christian School is selling Childhood Cancer Awareness T-shirts now until Aug. 22. Proceeds will go to Kylah Eschete who is a native of Bayou Blue. She is currently battling Stage 4 Nephroblastoma (Wilms tumor).
Students will be allowed to wear this shirt on Warrior Dress Down days.

Congratulations to the 23-24 Varsity/JV Boys Soccer teams!
This Thursday, August 17th, is our Elementary (1st-6th grade) Open House. It will begin at 6 pm. Please enter through the Warrior Vestibule, the glass doors next to the sanctuary. You will then report to your child's classroom. An announcement will be made at 6:20 for teachers to begin wrapping up their presentations and for parents to begin transitioning to their second teacher's classroom, if needed. Parents may stop by classrooms between presentations to pick up any paperwork the teachers may have in case they have more than 2 children.

We will be collecting an offering during elementary chapel on Thursday and high school chapel on Friday. Thank you in advance for supporting missions.
This Wednesday, August 16th, we will be hosting a jean day to collect funds for the devastating fires in Maui, Hawaii. Students can dress down in Warrior Day attire for $1.00. This is a small way we can assist those in need during this unimaginable time. Thank you in advance for supporting missions!
