Houma Christian is very excited to announce that Jaxon Bent placed third in the State Wrestling Match on Feb. 3rd! Jaxon is the first wrestler ever to compete for Houma Christian. This is also a historic achievement for our parish, as no one has placed this high before. Jaxon's impressive performance resulted in him scoring more points than 21 other teams, bringing him to a commendable 18th place all on his own.

Our Warriorettes joined Missions/Outreach today for a very special project. Valentine's Day baskets were packed for 20 women in our community. We wanted to express to them how loved they are by God and the Body of Christ. They will be delivered to women in recovery and also to widows. A BIG THANKS goes to Texas Roadhouse, Chick-fil-A and Nothing Bundt Cakes for contributing to each woman's basket.

Holy moly, today was the 100th day of school, and boy did we all celebrate! Elementary got to show off their imagination by rocking funky 100-day t-shirts! PreK fun is coming up next!
Today through Tuesday, Jan. 30, National Honor Society will be selling "Crushes" during lunch. 6th - 12th grade students may participate in this. Crushes will be delivered to homerooms on Friday, February 2.
Wednesday, January 31st @ 6pm, HCS will have the Letterman's Jacket Ceremony. Students will need to arrive by 5:45pm.
